Warranty

We stand behind our products with an outstanding warranty and have created an easy process for returning products under warranty. (A copy of the warranty is available on the downloads page, and details may vary by product.) Extended warranties are also available, as are flat-rate repairs for out-of-warranty products.

All repairs are performed at our facility by our factory-trained service team. You may order a repair service — either “in-warranty” or “out-of-warranty” by filling out a Service Order Request form. Any products returned for service (whether or not under warranty) should be sent freight prepaid to our repair facility:
