Logistics Information

Customer orders for inkjet cartridges are normally processed within 3 business days and shipped via FedEx Ground or another common carrier. Free ground shipping is available on orders of $199 or more. Expedited shipping (2nd Day, Next Day Air) is available at FedEx rates. Repair orders are normally processed within 5 business days of the date your repair is received at our facility and shipped to you via ground service (unless an expedited service is ordered).
