Refund and Fee Details

Inkjet cartridges may not be returned once opened. You may return any unopened inkjet cartridge within 30 days of purchase for a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived if the product is exchanged for another. Freight charges are nonrefundable. Defective products are covered under warranty.
